As part of Athlete Biological Passport (*) programme carried out by CADF, the rider Jaime Roson Garcia was found guilty of an anti-doping rule violation (Use of a prohibited substance) by the UCI Anti-Doping Tribunal based on abnormalities detected in his Biological Passport and imposed a 4-year period of ineligibility. Between 11th and 13th January 2019, the CADF organised its certification seminar for Doping Control Officers (DCOs) at the Centre of Research & Expertise in Anti-Doping Sciences (REDs) in the University of Lausanne. 54 DCOs, including 5 new members, coming from 27 different countries attended this very important seminar that takes place every 2 years.
