Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation (CADF) Director Francesca Rossi is leaving the foundation at the end of 2019 following nine years at the helm of the organisation. She is set to become Director of the Testing Department at the French Anti-Doping Agency (AFLD), with additional responsibility for international partnerships and science coordination. Since arriving at the CADF in 2010 from the International Association of Athletics Federations (now known as World Athletics), F. Rossi was responsible for setting up and managing the Foundation, which became a leading organisation in the fight against doping.
