An out-of-competition doping control that was planned and carried out by the CADF on 31 July 2018 on the Belarusian rider Kanstantsin Siutsou returned an Adverse Analytical Finding (AAF) for Erythropoietin*.
The rider was provisionally suspended by the UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) and a press release was published on the UCI website (http://www.uci.org/inside-uci/press-releases/uci-statement-on-kanstantsin-siutsou).
