Aigle, Switzerland, July 4th, 2018 – Today, the Cycling Anti-Doping Foundation (CADF), the independent organisation mandated by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) to define and manage the fight against doping in cycling, announced its strategy for the 2018 Tour de France starting on Saturday 7th July, which will be implemented in close cooperation with the Agence Française de Lutte contre le Dopage (AFLD), the National Anti-Doping Organisation of France.
On 14 June 2018, the CADF Funding Committee met in Geneva and welcomed two new members : Amina Lanaya, Director General of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and Luc Gheysens, representing the race organisers’ association (AIOCC).
The CADF is delighted to communicate the appointment of Mr. Andy Parkinson as new member of the CADF Foundation Board. Mr. Andy Parkinson is the Chief Executive Officer of British Rowing, having joined the organisation in this role in January 2015.
